This moving blade removing device comprises a pushing-out mechanism, and a frame to which the pushing-out mechanism is attached. The pushing-out mechanism includes a contacting end capable of coming into contact with a moving blade, and a drive mechanism for moving the contacting end in a movement direction. The frame includes a base extending in the movement direction, a reaction force accepting portion extending from a first base end portion of the base to a first height side, and a push accepting portion provided in a second base end portion of the base. The base has an outer circumference contacting surface which faces the first height side and which can come into contact with an outer circumferential surface of a disk. The reaction force accepting portion has an end contacting surface which faces a second movement side and which can come into contact with a first end surface of the disk. The push accepting portion has a mechanism contacting surface which faces a first movement side and which can come into contact with a mechanism end surface of the drive mechanism facing the second movement side.
