Selon un procédé de fabrication de sacs flexibles : - on déroule une première bande (la) de matériau flexible en feuille continue dans une direction longitudinale (F); - on forme un ourlet (15) sur chaque lisière de la première bande (la) et on encolle les ourlets (15) sur au moins une longueur d'un premier ou d'un deuxième volet (11, 12) sur une face de couture (150), - on forme un pliage de la première bande (la) le long d'un pli de rabattement (13) transversal pour rabattre le premier volet (11) sur le deuxième volet (12) contre une face interne (14) de la première bande (la), le pliage ramenant pour chaque lisière ourlet (15) contre ourlet (15) de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets (15), - on coupe la bande (la) par une coupe transversale (111) pour former le sac (1) à la fin des opérations. Machine mettant en œuvre le rocédé et sac ainsi obtenu.

According to a method for manufacturing flexible bags: - a first strip (la) of flexible material is unwound as a continuous sheet in a longitudinal direction (F); - a hem (15) is formed on each edge of the first strip (la) and the hems (15) are glued over at least one length of a first or a second flap (11, 12) on one stitching face (150), - a fold is formed in the first strip (la) along a transverse folding line (13) to fold down the first flap (11) over the second flap (12) against an internal face (14) of the first strip (la), the fold bringing, for each edge, hem (15) against hem (15) so as to obtain the bonding of the hems (15), - the strip (la) is cut along a transverse section (111) to form the bag (1) at the end of the operations. Machine implementing the method and bag thus obtained.
