The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nano-titanate, nano-titanic acid and nano-TiO2 containing doping E or embedding E nanoparticles, and the use thereof. By means of using a Ti-T intermetallic compound with E in a solid solution as a titanium source, and reacting the Ti-T intermetallic compound with E in a solid solution with an alkali solution at normal pressure and at a temperature near the boiling-point temperature of the alkali solution, a thin nano-titanate film doped with E is prepared at normal pressure with high efficiency and in a short time. On this basis, it is possible to further prepare, by means of an acid treatment and a heat treatment, a thin nano-titanate film containing embedding E nanoparticles, a thin nano-titanic acid film doped with E, and a thin titanic acid film and a TiO2 flake powder containing embedding E nanoparticles. In combination with a subsequent reaction at a high temperature and high pressure, it is also possible to further realize the efficient and low-cost preparation of titanate nanotubes and titanic acid nanotubes doped with E, and titanic acid nanotubes and TiO2 nanotubes/nanorods containing embedding E nanoparticles.
