A bioreactor wastewater treatment apparatus, comprising a floating debris cleaning box (1), a sedimentation box (4), and a bioreactor (8). The floating debris cleaning box (1) is connected to the sedimentation box (4) by means of a water delivery pipe (3); a water pump A (2) is mounted on the water delivery pipe (3); the water delivery pipe (3) is mounted at the bottom of the floating debris cleaning box (1); the bioreactor (8) is connected to the sedimentation box (4) by means of a water supply pipe (7); a water pump B (6) is mounted between the water supply pipe (7) and the sedimentation box (4); an output end of the water pump B (6) is connected to a connector (22) in the sedimentation box (4); a water delivery device is threadedly mounted on the connector (22); a placement frame (10) is provided on the inner wall of the floating debris cleaning box (1); and a filtering mechanism is mounted on the placement frame (10). In the wastewater treatment apparatus, the floating debris cleaning box (1), the sedimentation box (4), and the bioreactor (8) are arranged in sequence, thereby avoiding wastewater treated by the bioreactor (8) from containing a large amount of silt and floating debris, which causes the limited treatment effect of the bioreactor (8) and also causes damage to parts inside the bioreactor (8).
