摘要：
A plyometric exercise device having an extended exercise position and a collapsed storage position. The plyometric exercise device has a flat top for use as jump-off platform when raised above the ground, and a support frame that can be extended or assembled into the exercise position, or collapsed into the storage position. A base can be used as part of the support frame or as a separate component providing in the exercise position secure footing of the plyometric exercise device onto the ground.
