The present application provides an 8-(benzothiazole amide) substituted coumarin compound, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The structure of the 8-(benzothiazole amide) substituted coumarin compound is represented by formula (I), where ring A is independently selected from the group consisting of: phenyl, naphthyl, and 5 to 14-membered aromatic heterocyclic groups. The 8-(benzothiazole amide) substituted coumarin compound provided in the present application is a novel compound structure, has strong SIRT2 inhibitory activity, with in vitro SIRT2 inhibitory activity IC 50 of 18 compounds reaching micromolar levels, and has a significant protection effect against neuroma cells. The compound therefore can be widely used in the preparation of drugs for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases or disorders associated with SIRT2 hyperactivity or SIRT2 over-expression, or in the preparation of drugs for the treatment and/or prevention of Parkinson's disease, metabolic diseases and tumors.
