The present invention provides a saddle-ride type vehicle equipped with a headlight that can provide improved visibility with fewer parts.　The saddle-ride type vehicle comprises: a headlight (34) including a main lamp (80), sub-lamps (90) that cause light guide members (92) to emit light, a housing (60), and outer lenses (70); and a vehicle body cover (30) disposed around the headlight (34), wherein the sub-lamps (90) are provided as a pair in the vehicle width direction, openings (59) that outwardly expose the outer lenses (70) are formed in the vehicle body cover (30), the vehicle body cover (30) includes opening-dividing parts (56A) that divide the opening (59) into a first opening portion (59A) and a second opening portion (59B) for each sub-lamp (90), the opening-dividing parts (56A) overlap the sub-lamps (90) in a front view, and each sub-lamp (90) is arranged so as to straddle the first opening portion (59A) and the second opening portion (59B).
