A bin turnover apparatus with an adjustable bin stop distance, the bin turnover apparatus comprising: a box body (1), a bin turnover rack (2) and a bin stop rack (3), wherein both the bin turnover rack (2) and the bin stop rack (3) are arranged at the lower end of the box body (1). The bin stop rack (3) comprises a bin stop rod (31) and two damping telescopic rods (32), wherein the two damping telescopic rods (32) are respectively connected to two sides of the box body (1), and the other ends of the two damping telescopic rods (32) are respectively connected to two ends of the bin stop rod (31). The dimensions of the bin stop rack (3) can be easily adjusted so as to be adapted to trash bins of different dimensions. Therefore, the operation is simple, and the work efficiency is improved.
