The present application relates to a WiFi 6-based communication method and system. The method comprises: a smart mobile device detects a crowd quantity within a preset area, and moves to a target area in the preset area having a highly dense number of crowds, and a terminal scans whether a preset wireless local area network signal is present within the range of a current area; if present, a network access request is sent to the smart mobile device; when the smart mobile device receives the network access request sent by the terminal, said device sends an identity verification request to the terminal, and after identity verification is passed, the terminal is added to the preset wireless local area network, so as to establish a communication connection between the smart mobile device and the terminal by means of the preset wireless local area network, and a communication connection between the smart mobile device and a server by means of a 5G network.
