Die Erfindung betrifft eine explosionsgeschützte Anordnung (10) aufweisend ein erstes Bauteil (20) mit einem plastisch umformbaren ersten Falzabschnitt (20a) und ein zweites Bauteil (21) mit einem plastisch umformbaren zweiten Falzabschnitt (21a). Die beiden Falzabschnitte (20a, 21a) sind plastisch umgeformt und bilden eine Falzverbindung (16). Die Falzverbindung (16) ist derart ausgestaltet, dass zwischen den Falzabschnitten ein zünddurchschlagsicherer Spalt (23) begrenzt ist. Die Falzverbindung (16) ist insbesondere ausschließlich durch das plastische Umformen und die dabei entstehende formschlüssige und/oder kraftschlüssige Verbindung hergestellt und frei von Haftvermittlern oder stoffschlüssigen Verbindungsbestandteilen.

The invention relates to an explosion-proof assembly (10) having a first component (20) with a plastically deformable first seam portion (20a) and a second component (21) with a plastically deformable second seam portion (21a). The two seam portions (20a, 21a) are plastically deformed and form a seam connection (16). The seam connection (16) is configured in such a way that a flameproof gap (23) is delimited between the seam portions. The seam connection (16) is produced in particular exclusively by the plastic deformation and the resultant form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection and is free from adhesion promoters or integrally bonded connection parts.
