The invention relates to an assembly (11) for pressing liquid-containing materials, comprising a pressing container (2), which can be rotated about an axis of rotation (3) and the container interior of which is divided by a pressing diaphragm (4) into a pressure-medium space (6), into which a pressure medium from a pressure-medium source (28) can be admitted, and a pressing-means space (8), which receives the liquid-containing materials, wherein a filling and emptying opening (10), which can be pressure-tightly closed, is provided in the pressing container (2), via which filling and emptying opening the liquid-containing matter to pressed can be introduced into the pressing-means space (8), and wherein at least one drainage element (12) is provided in the pressing-means space (8), the interior of which drainage element communicates with a juice outlet (14) of the pressing container (2), via which juice outlet liquid juice can be fed to a juice-collecting container (16) during a pressing operation. The assembly is characterized in that the juice outlet (14) is fluidically connected to the juice-collecting container (16) by means of a flexible tube (20) during the rotation of the pressing container (2).
