Support bases A (2) are arranged at rear ends of left and right upper supports (102) on a frame (1) respectively; a left portion and a right portion of a reel A (301) on a cloth roll (3) are placed in notches (201) respectively; support bases B (8) are arranged on upper surfaces of the upper supports (102) respectively; a matching cutting roller (9) is arranged between the support bases B (8); a chain wheel A (10) is arranged at a left end of a matching shaft (901); a guide plate (12) is arranged between groove-shaped rails (11) on each support base B (8); a top plate (13) is arranged on an upper portion of the support base B (8); an air cylinder B (14) is arranged at an upper end of the top plate (13); a main shaft end of the air cylinder B (14) is fixed to the guide plate (12); an electric motor A (15) is arranged on a right side wall of the guide plate (12) located on the right side; a cutting roller (16) is arranged between the two guide plates (12); a support base C (18) is arranged on the upper support (102) on the right side; a connection shaft A (19) penetrates the support base C (18); a chain wheel B (20) is arranged at a right end of the connection shaft A (19); an electric motor B (21) is arranged on a right side wall of the support base C (18); a main shaft end of the electric motor B (21) is fixed to the chain wheel B (20); the chain wheel A (10) and the chain wheel B (20) are in power transmission by means of a chain (22); a support base D (23) is arranged at a front end of the upper support (102) located on the right side; and a connection shaft B (24) penetrates the support base D (23). The production cost of the splitting machine can thus be reduced.
