A path determination method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium, the method comprising: when the current working mode is a first mode, and if the service frame in which the receiver of information to be transmitted is located is consistent with the service frame in which a switch register indicating the transmission state is located, then determining an effective path according to routing information of the receiver of the information to be transmitted (S110); and when the current working mode is a second mode, and if the receiver of the information to be transmitted is in the present service frame and the switch register indicates that the transmission state is in the present frame transmission state, then determining an effective path according to the information transmission mode of the information to be transmitted and the receiver (S120).
