The determination method comprises: acquiring an electrocardiogram signal (S1); identifying the shape of each T wave in the electrocardiogram signal (S2); according to the shapes of the T waves, calling a preset algorithm that corresponds to the shapes of the T waves, and determining the starting point of the T waves (S3).
