In the present invention, a non-aqueous electrolyte cell comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution. The positive electrode, the separator, and the negative electrode are wound in a spiral. The positive electrode contains a positive electrode active material and an expanded metal, and the positive electrode has a thickness of 0.8 mm to 3 mm inclusive. The wall thickness T of the expanded metal is such that 0.15 mm ≤ T ≤ 0.3 mm. The center-to-center distance SW in the lateral direction of the expanded metal and the center-to-center distance LW in the longitudinal direction of the expanded metal are such that 6 mm2 ≤ LW⋅SW ≤ 20 mm2. The feeding width W of the expanded metal is such that 0.15 mm ≤ W ≤ 0.3 mm.
