A reclining bed capable of tilting a head part, according to the present invention, comprises: a seat unit including a central support part formed to be long and having an upper surface on which a user's buttocks are seated, a backrest part coupled to be tiltable vertically from one side of the central support part, and a head part selectively tilted from one side along the longitudinal direction of the backrest part and supporting the user's head portion; a support unit having a plurality of moving wheels, and supporting the seat unit at a predetermined height; and a tilting adjustment unit connected to the seat unit in the support unit, and which selectively adjusts tilting of the seat unit to selectively tilt the backrest part in a first form in which the backrest part and the head part are tilted, or to selectively tilt the backrest part in a second form in which the backrest part and the head part are substantially horizontal.
