The invention relates an arrangement for tilting or turning a tool, the arrangement including at least one actuator (6) for tilting and turning the tool, the actuator (6) comprising at least a frame part (7) adapted to be closed by a cover (17), the frame part (7) and the cover (17) enclosing a chamber portion (8) where a blade part (9) having one or more blade gaskets (15) is provided to divide the chamber portion (8) into separate chamber spaces (8a and 8b), the blade part (9) being connected, at its first end, to a shaft (10), the second end of the blade part (9) being adapted move reciprocally in the chamber portion (8), rotating the shaft (10) at the same time. The joint between the frame part (7) and the cover (17) is sealed by a gasket (13) contacting the blade gaskets (15).
