This knife holder set includes a first knife holder and a second knife holder. The first knife holder includes: a first case with a first hole formed therein for storing the blade of a knife; and first protrusions in a collar shape, the first protrusions being protruding from the first case in a direction transverse to the direction in which the first hole is extending. The second knife holder includes: a second case with a second hole formed therein for storing the blade of a knife; and first recesses in a trench shape, the first recesses being facing in a direction transverse to the direction in which the second hole is extending, and having a shape engageable with the first protrusions.
