Intersomatic cage for vertebral stabilization, comprising a body (1) having two respectively upper and lower opposite faces (2, 3) provided with respective anchoring formations (2a, 3a), and a nose (5) protruding from the body (1) parallel to the upper and lower faces (2, 3). The body (1) is curved in a plane parallel to the upper and lower faces (2, 3) thereof and it is configured to be guided, when being inserted between two vertebrae, according to a curved trajectory corresponding to the curvature thereof.
