A controllable release system, comprising an implantation instrument (1) and a conveying system (2). A plurality of first holes (1111) is formed in a proximal region of the implantation instrument (1); the conveying system (2) comprises a plurality of traction rods (211) and a plurality of release wires (220); the plurality of release wires (220), the plurality of traction rods (211), and the plurality of first holes (1111) are all in one-to-one correspondence in number and position; each traction rod (211) is provided with a second hole (2111) and a constraint member (210); the second holes (2111) are located at the distal ends of the traction rods (211); the release wires (220) penetrate the constraint members (210) and the first holes (1111) or the second holes (2111) to implement connection between the implantation instrument (1) and the conveying system (2). In a conveying process, the constraint members (210) can limit movement of the release wires (220); and when the implantation instrument (1) is released, the release wires (220) can displace relative to the traction rods (211). The controllable release system facilitates the timely and repeated recovery of the implantation instrument (1) before being demounted; in a releasing process, the implantation instrument (1) can be slowly stretched to an optimal form from a sheath tube (230), demountable connection can be implemented by withdrawing the release wires (220) to achieve a controllable release function; the controllable release system is simple in overall structure, convenient to operate, and safe and reliable.
