본 발명 실시예에 따른 통신용 복합 유리는 제1 직경의 제1 이온 불순물 및 상기 제1 직경보다 큰 제2 직경을 가지고 상기 제1 이온 불순물들 중 적어도 일부와 치환되어 압축응력을 발생시키는 제2 이온 불순물을 포함하는 제1 강화 유리층, 상기 제1 강화 유리층의 일면상에 적층되고 이온 불순물을 미포함하는 고순도 유리층 및 상기 제1 강화 유리층에 반대되는 상기 고순도 유리층의 일면상에 적층되고, 상기 제1 이온 불순물 및 상기 제2 이온 불순물을 포함하는 제2 강화 유리층을 포함한다.

A composite glass for communication according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first tempered glass layer including first ionic impurities which have a first diameter, and second ionic impurities which have a second diameter larger than the first diameter and replace at least a portion of the first ionic impurities to generate compressive stress; a high-purity glass layer which is stacked on one surface of the first tempered glass layer and does not include ionic impurities; and a second tempered glass layer which is stacked on the opposite surface of the high-purity glass layer from the first tempered glass layer and includes the first ionic impurities and the second ionic impurities.
