A strong-weak-strong clean mining and full filling method for a coal mine. The method is particularly suitable for coal mining of "three-under" pressure coal in a coal mine having a difficulty in mine water treatment. A coal body to be mined on a longwall face is divided into a plurality of strips along a section haulage roadway (1) to a section return airway (2); the strips are arranged at intervals and filled; a strong-weak-strong structure for supporting a roof is formed by interval filling with gangue cementing and high water materials; gangue cementing material filling leads to a strong support structure, and the high water material filling leads to a weak support structure. The method implements the safe mining of "three-under" pressure coal in a coal mine, provides a new technical approach for the underground treatment of highly mineralized mine water, prevents surface subsidence, and reduces filling cost.
