An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure may comprise: a housing which includes a first surface facing a first direction, a second surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a side member at least partially surrounding a space between the first surface and the second surface, and including at least one through hole formed in a third direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction or the second direction; a circuit board which is at least partially flexible and includes a third surface on which a metal plate is disposed and a fourth surface located in a direction opposite to the third surface and on which a key switch is disposed; a first conductive member which includes a first end exposed to the outside of the housing through the through hole and a second end disposed inside the housing and facing the metal plate, and which is electrically connected to the circuit board through the metal plate; at least one second conductive member which is disposed on the second surface; a first support portion which includes a first portion, which faces the key switch, for providing pressure to the key switch, and at least one second portion extending from the first portion and guiding movement of the circuit board; and a processor for sensing biometric information of a user through the first conductive member and the at least one second conductive member.
