下記の（Ａ）および（Ｂ）成分からなるポリマーとともに、下記の（Ｃ）および（Ｄ）成分を含有する防振ゴム組成物であって、（Ａ）および（Ｂ）成分の割合が、重量比で、（Ａ）／（Ｂ）＝９／１～２／８の範囲であるものとする。これにより、低動倍率化等の防振ゴムに要求される特性を満足しつつ、ゴム組成物のロール混練等の加工性が改善される。 （Ａ）天然ゴム。 （Ｂ）ポリイソプレンゴム。 （Ｃ）充填剤。 （Ｄ）下記の一般式（１）に示すジヒドラジド化合物。［上記一般式（１）において、Ｒは、炭素数１～３０のアルキレン基、炭素数３～３０のシクロアルキレン基、またはフェニレン基を示す。］
摘要（英）：
An anti-vibration rubber composition containing the following (C) and (D) components, and a polymer made from the following (A) and (B) components, wherein the ratio of the (A) and the (B) components, by weight, is in a range where (A)/(B)=9/1-2/8. The present invention thereby satisfies characteristics required for an anti-vibration rubber such as reducing dynamic magnification, while also improving workability of the rubber composition with respect to roll kneading, etc. (A) Natural rubber. (B) Polyisoprene rubber. (C) A filler agent. (D) A dihydrazide compound represented by general formula (1). (In general formula (1), R represents a C1-C30 alkylene group, a C3-C30 cycloalkylene group, or a phenylene group.)
