摘要：

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schichtaufbau, vorzugsweise ein Scharnier, besonders bevorzugt eine Buchdecke, ganz besonders bevorzugt eine Buchdecke für Identifikations- und Sicherheitsdokumente, umfassend wenigstens eine äußere Schicht a) enthaltend wenigstens ein thermoplastisches Elastomer, bevorzugt ein thermoplastisches Polyurethan und wenigstens eine Schicht b) enthaltend wenigstens ein Material ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einem Polymer, einem Metall, einem Textil, einem Papier und einem synthetischen Papier oder einer Kombination aus mindestens zwei hiervon, sowie ein Laminat umfassend den vorstehenden Schichtaufbau und auch dessen Herstellverfahren. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung des Schichtaufbaus und/oder Laminats zur Herstellung eines Scharniers, vorzugsweise einer mehrschichtigen Buchdecke, insbesondere für Sicherheits- und Identifikationsdokumente.

The present invention relates to a layer structure, preferably a hinge, particularly preferably a book cover, most particularly preferably a book cover for identification and security documents, comprising at least one outer layer a) containing at least one thermoplastic elastomer, preferably a thermoplastic polyurethane and at least one layer b) containing at least one material selected from the group consisting of a polymer, a metal, a textile, a paper and a synthetic paper or a combination of at least two thereof. The invention further relates to a laminate comprising the aforementioned layer structure and to the production method therefor. The invention further relates to the use of the layer structure and/or laminate in order to produce a hinge, preferably a multilayer book cover, in particular for security and identification documents.
