A water pump (100), an air conditioner cleaning device (200), a wall-mounted indoor unit (300), and an air conditioner, wherein the wall-mounted indoor unit (300) comprises the air conditioner cleaning device (200), and the air conditioner cleaning device (200) comprises the water pump (100). The water pump (100) comprises a pump element (110) and a plurality of vertical posts (120). The pump element (110) has a water outlet (102) and a water inlet (101) communicating with the water outlet (102). The plurality of vertical posts (120) are disposed on the pump element (110), and surround the water inlet (101). Fibers in liquid are caught and entangled by means of the vertical posts such that the fibers are prevented from being sucked into the water pump, thereby reducing the incidence of pump clogging, prolonging the service life of the water pump, and allowing the fibers to be easily cleaned off.
