The present invention relates to an electric motor driving device comprising: a lower case which has a receiving space formed therein and has an opened upper side; an upper case which forms an inner space by closing off the open surface of the lower case; a center case which is disposed in the lower case and partitions the inner space formed by the lower case and the upper case; a first substrate which is provided to the lower case and comprises a first connector; a second substrate which is provided to the center case and comprises a second connector; and a connection substrate which is disposed in the inner space and transfers an electrical signal between the substrates by comprising a first connection connector electrically connected to the first connector and a second connection connector electrically connected to the second connector.
