This fastener, which is fixed to an attachment target member by a screw, is provided with: an inner cylindrical section 24 that can be screwed with a screw; an outer cylindrical section 20 surrounding the inner cylindrical section 24; and a first connection section 28a and a second connection section 28b which connect the inner cylindrical section 24 and the outer cylindrical section 20. While fixed to the attachment target member, the fastener abuts or is near a second protruding section 12b formed on the attachment target member, and thus the rotation of the fastener is restricted in both directions around the axis thereof.
