This lubricating pump device is used to deliver lubricating oil to a valve piping path R in which a valve (Vt) actuated by pressurizing and depressurizing the lubricating oil is provided and which discharges the lubricating oil. The lubricating pump device is provided with: a pump (2); a supply pipe path (5) for supplying the lubricating oil from the pump (2) to a delivery opening (4); a depressurizing pipe path (6) for depressurizing the inside of the valve piping path R through the supply pipe path (5); a switching valve (20) for opening or closing the depressurizing pipe path (6) by means of forward and backward movement of a spool (21); an electromagnetic actuator (30) for moving the spool (21) of the switching valve (20) forward and backward so as to open the depressurizing pipe path (6) when de-energized and to close the depressurizing pipe path (6) when energized; and a lever mechanism (40) for increasing the force of forward and backward movement of the rod (31) of the electromagnetic actuator (30) and converting the movement into forward and backward movement of the spool (21) of the switching valve (20).
