The present invention relates to a supercooling device for radiating quantum energy. To this end, the super cooling device of the present invention emits quantum energy so as to be coated, on inner five sides excluding a door or all of six sides including the door, with a coating layer for inhibiting the penetration of food-spoiling bacteria by allowing water molecules to be activated such that the activated water molecules activate dissolved oxygen. The present invention inhibits the penetration of bacteria, which spoils food, vegetables, meat, blood, umbilical cord blood and the like, and inhibits browning caused by a drip, thereby allowing the freshness thereof to be maintained, and also inhibits the oxidation of food and decomposes pollutants by itself so as to maximize an effect of purifying water and air, and thus has greatly improved quality and reliability, thereby instilling a good image by meeting various desires (needs) of consumers who are the users thereof.
