The present invention is provided with: a lower fine pulverizing ring 24 which is configured to be rotatable around the center axis thereof, pulverizes supplied coffee beans while rotating, and discharges coffee powder, which is crushed coffee beans, in a radial direction of the center axis; a path wall ring 25 that is arranged to cover the entirety of the outer peripheral surface of the lower pulverizing ring 24 while facing the same, and defines a discharge path 27, through which the coffee powder is discharged, between the path wall ring 25 and the outer peripheral surface; and a raw material discharge plate 23 which has a blade part 231 movable in the discharge path 27, collects coffee powder by means of the movement of the blade part 23 in the discharge path 27, and discharges the coffee powder from a discharge port 251 formed in the path wall ring 25, wherein the path wall ring 25 is configured from a material which, in the triboelectric series, has a similar tendency to be charged as the coffee beans.
