Disclosed are a continuous slurry preparation device and a method for preparing a mixed slurry using the slurry preparation device, which device and method are for use in mining. The device comprises a bottom frame (10), a first box body (5) and a second box body (21), wherein the interior of each of the first box body (5) and the second box body (21) is divided into a material-mixing box (11, 16) and a material storage box (14, 19); the interior of all of the material-mixing boxes (11, 16) and the material storage boxes (14, 19) is provided with a blending spiral (2, 4); and the blending spirals (2, 4), under the driving of an electric motor (8), rotate to blend materials.
