Provided are an extensible wiring tape for textile-use, a wearable device, and a method for producing a wiring-equipped textile, such that the extensible wiring tape is capable of retaining a high level extensibility, conductivity, durability, insulation, and freedom of design, while having reduced production costs. This extensible wiring tape for textile-use is characterized by comprising extensible conductive wiring and insulating extensible films which each have a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side from the first surface with the first surfaces being laminated on one another from both sides of the extensible conductive wiring via an adhesive layer. Since the insulating extensible films are laminated on one another from both sides of the extensible conductive wiring via the adhesive layer, it is possible to retain a high level of extensibility and conductivity for the extensible conductive wiring, while ensuring durability and insulation, as well as improving freedom of design.
