The mode of execution relates to the field of the medical technology and in particular relates to a tube product having an X-ray developing function and a manufacturing method therefor. The tube product comprises: a core layer, an outer skin layer and an inner skin layer; the core layer is disposed between the outer skin layer and the inner skin layer; the outer skin layer and the inner skin layer are made of a base resin; and the core layer includes: a base resin and a developing agent. The outer skin layer and the inner skin layer of the tube product having the X-ray developing function, provided in the embodiment, are matrix resin layers, contain no or contain a small amount of developing agent, thereby providing excellent inner and outer surface quality and smoothness for the tube product, and avoiding surface unevenness, burrs, mechanical pitting, scorched particles and the like caused by direct addition of a great amount of developing agent to the developing tube.
