An automatic dispensing device, comprising at least one holder (10), a conveyor belt (11), a motor and at least one product pick-up space (12), wherein the holder (10) is adjacent to a conveyor belt (11), and the conveyor belt (11) is in communication with the product pick-up spaces (12); each of the holders (10) is provided with a pusher (100); after the pusher (100) pushes a product placed on the holder (10) to the conveyor belt (11), the motor drives the conveyor belt (11) to move the product to the product pick-up space (12); ultraviolet sterilizing lamps (101) are disposed on two sides of the holder (10), and ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet sterilizing lamps (101) is irradiated to the product placed on the holder (10). Also disclosed are a glasses rental machine and a control method therefor. According to the automatic dispensing device, ultraviolet sterilizing lamps (101) are provided on two sides of the holder (10) so as to sterilize the product placed thereon. When the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is applied to the glasses rental machine, the glasses may be sterilized thereby to ensure that a user obtains aseptic glasses, thereby avoiding bacterial infections.
