The dispensing assembly (10) for cosmetic product (CP) comprises a transmission element (7), a tubular cartridge (13) for cosmetic product (CP), configured to be removably coupled to the transmission element (7), and a receiving shell (5) capable of receiving the transmission element (7). The cartridge (13) comprises a receptacle (3) for cosmetic product (CP) cooperating with the helical groove (12A) of an outer tube (1) and the longitudinal guide slot (2B) of the control sleeve (2), and a bottom element (4) connected to the control sleeve (2) for conjoint rotation therewith. The transmission element (7) is configured to be received and held non-removably in the receiving shell (5), said receiving shell comprising a snap-in element (5C) on an inner face (5D).
