A connection arrangement is described comprising a wedge member (16) secured to or forming part of a fitting (10), the fitting (10) including an outwardly extending flange (18), a collar (20) encircling part of the wedge member (16) and defining, with the fitting (10) and the flange (18) thereof, an annular chamber (24), and a resin material element located within the annular chamber (24). A method of connecting a fitting to a shaft (12) is also described.
