A device (10) is described for supplying plastic cards for card-handling devices (100) comprising first supplying means (41) and second supplying means (42) adapted to withdraw a plastic card (30) from a first stack (31) and from a second stack (32), and to supply the plastic card (30) in a rotating part (11), and adapted to rotate the card (30), once it is placed inside it, to supply it from the card-handling device (100), and advancing means (12) of the card (30) in the rotating part (11) to expel it from the rotating part (11) when the rotating part (11) has been rotated; a device (100) is further described for handling plastic cards connectable or comprising such device (10).
