Armure composite (1) pour conduite flexible. L'armure (1) comporte un profilé composite (2) et un ruban de renfort (5). Le profilé composite (2) est formé de fibres de renfort (4) orientées longitudinalement et noyées dans une matrice en résine polymère (3). Le ruban de renfort (5) est quant à lui formé par un ruban tissé comprenant des fibres imprégnées dans un matériau polymère, de telle sorte que le fil de trame du ruban de renfort est orthogonal à la direction longitudinale du profilé, et que le fil de chaîne du ruban est parallèle à la direction longitudinale du profilé

Composite armour (1) for a flexible pipe. The armour (1) comprises a composite profile section (2) and a reinforcing strip (5). The composite profile section (2) is formed from reinforcing fibres (4) oriented longitudinally and embedded in a polymer resin matrix (3). The reinforcing strip (5) is formed by a woven strip comprising fibres impregnated in a polymer material, such that the weft thread of the reinforcing strip is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the profile section, and the warp thread of the strip is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the profile section.
