A weighing module (10) with a load cell (1), comprising: a load cell (1) for weighing a load, which load cell (1) is fixable to a support structure; a threaded shaft (2) for transmitting the weight of the load to be weighed; a first blocking element (3) which can helically engage with the threaded shaft (2); a by-pass member (4) that is fixable to the support structure; the weighing module (10) being configured such that, when in use, starting from a weighing configuration (P) in which the first blocking element (3) is disengaged from the by-pass member (4) and in which the threaded shaft (2) engages with the load cell (1), transmitting the weight of the load to be weighed to the load cell (1), it is possible to reach a by-pass configuration (B) by rotating the first blocking element (3) in a first rotation direction until the first blocking element (3) engages with the by-pass member (4), determining the raising of the threaded shaft (2) up to disengagement of the threaded shaft (2) from the load cell (1) and the consequent engagement of the threaded shaft (2) to the by-pass member (4) by means of the first blocking element (3), so that the weight of the load to be weighed is transmitted from the load cell (1) to the by-pass member (4).
