Packaging for a consumable product having a temperature-sensitive edible component, wherein the packaging comprises a housing which provides an enclosed environment for the consumable product, wherein at least one air channel is provided, which exposing the interior of the housing to the outside atmosphere, wherein the air channel comprises at least one bend so as to prevent a rigid implement from entering the interior of the packaging via the air channel without colliding with the walls of the packaging.
