The present invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer composition for a moisture-permeable waterproof film, a moisture-permeable waterproof film formed of the elastomer composition, and a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric having the moisture-permeable waterproof film laminated on at least one surface of a substrate fiber, the thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a thermoplastic elastomer resin consisting of a hard segment containing polybutylene terephthalate and a soft segment containing polyethylene glycol and polytetramethylene glycol, wherein the polyethylene glycol comprises 30 to 70% by weight relative to the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer resin and the polytetramethylene glycol comprises 1 to 10% by weight.

透湿防水薄膜用热塑性弹性体组合物，由该弹性体组合物形成的透湿防水薄膜以及透湿防水薄膜的制造方法技术领域本发明涉及透湿防水薄膜用热塑性弹性体组合物， 所述热塑性弹性体组合物包含由含有聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的硬链段和含有聚乙二醇和聚丁二醇的软链段组成的热塑性弹性体树脂，其中所述聚乙二醇占所述聚乙二醇的总重量的30-70重量％ 热塑性弹性体树脂和聚丁二醇的含量为1至10重量％。
