In this wrapped absorbent article (100), an absorbent article is wrapped in a wrapping sheet by placing the absorbent article upon the wrapping sheet, and folding at a first fold (FL1) that is located between a release sheet for a wing adhesive portion and a release sheet for a flap adhesive portion with wings (41) and rear flaps (42) already folded inward in the widthwise direction. With the absorbent article in a wrapped state, the release sheet (72) for the flap adhesive portion and the wrapping sheet (70) are inseparably affixed by first affixing portions (81), and the release sheet (71) for the wing adhesive portion and the release sheet (72) for the flap adhesive portion are inseparably affixed by second affixing portions (82). The first affixing portions and the second affixing portions are disposed forward of wing adhesive portions (51).
