Impermeable laminated panel comprising a structural cork-based layer (1), a polymeric base layer (2) arranged on one side of the structural layer (1), a polymeric top layer (3) arranged on the other side of the structural layer (1), and a polymeric continuous sealing coating layer (4) arranged on the cross-section throughout the periphery of the panel. The panel of the invention may further comprise a printed film (5) arranged on the top layer (3), and a transparent wear layer (6) arranged on the printed film (5). The present panel is particularly suitable for application in the construction of floorings. The invention further relates to a manufacturing process of the panel.
