The present invention provides a compound sample extraction apparatus. The compound sample apparatus comprises: a main sample extraction unit which has a constant weight to penetrate the sea floor and is inserted into the inside of the sea floor to extract a sample including a deposit; a plurality of sub-sample extraction units which are arranged at a lateral part of the main sample extraction unit and extracts a constant amount of samples by recognizing the arrival at the sea floor and raking the samples; and an image acquisition unit which is provided at the main sample extraction unit and acquires an image of the sea floor.
