The present invention relates to a shower head having a shower head body in which an inner empty space is divided into an upper space and a lower space by a partitioning plate (130) interposed between an upper plate and a lower plate. When a gas guide pipe (133) is arranged to penetrate through at least the partitioning plate (130) among the upper plate, the partitioning plate (130), and the lower plate, a filler sheet (160) is disposed on the upper plate, the partitioning plate (130), or the lower plate through which the gas guide pipe (133) penetrates and then the filler sheet (160) is brazed. Thus, a gap between the gas guide pipe (133) and the upper plate, the partitioning plate (130), or the lower plate through which the gas guide pipe (133) penetrates is sealed.
