The apparatus (1) for supplying water and soda, comprises at least a water feeding line (2) connectable to a fixed line (31) of domestic water, at least a water tank (3) connected to the water feeding line (2), at least a pressurized CO 2 tank (4), means for mixing (6, 7) water with CO 2 for obtaining soda, at least a removable reservoir (30) of water isolated from the fixed line (31) and connected to the water feeding line (2), means for pumping (32) connected to the reservoir (30) and control means (35) operable for enabling/disabling the means form pumping (32), said water feeding line (2) comprising at least a first branch (2a) connected to the reservoir (30) and at least a second branch (2b) connectable to the fixed line (31) and the means for pumping (32) being adapted to send the water contained in the reservoir (30) into the first branch (2a).
