The present invention relates to an anti-glare coating composition and anti-glare coating film having superior abrasion resistance and contamination resistance. The anti-glare coating composition according to the present invention comprises: a) a binder resin; b) a fluoride-based compound containing a UV-curable functional group; c) a photo-initiator; d) a surface-hardening photo-initiator; and e) fine particles, on the surfaces of which embossed patterns are formed. The film using the anti-glare coating composition of the present invention is provided with abrasion resistance and contamination resistance through a coating process performed once, and retains the abrasion resistance and contamination resistance even when the film is rubbed. The film of the present invention can reduce and easily remove contaminations caused by an oil component, such as fingerprints.
