The present invention relates to a transfer tape dispenser for preventing foreign substances from being stained on a transfer tape, comprising: a case which is configured in such a manner that a guide tip is protruded through an opening unit, and includes a supply roll and a winding roll that are interlocked with each other by allowing a film passing through the guide tip to be wound thereon; and slide covers which are symmetrically configured in upper and lower parts of the case, and hide or expose the guide tip. According to the transfer tape dispenser of the present invention, bent guide lines are formed on both sides of the opening unit of the case, and the slide covers moving along the guide lines are configured in a vertically symmetrical manner to hide or expose one side or the other side of the guide tip, thereby preventing foreign substances from being stuck to the film.
