摘要：
The present invention provides an assembly for providing electrical power to an electrical device. The assembly includes a receptacle including an electrical connector for connection to a power supply, a length of an electrical cable that is contained within the receptacle and that is coupled to the electrical connector, wherein the length of electrical cable is retractably extendable from within the receptacle. In an embodiment, the electrical cable is electrically connectable to a mains power supply to transmit electrical power from the power supply to one or more electrical connectors mounted to the receptacle. In another embodiment, the assembly includes a releasably connectable power distribution board and in another embodiment the assembly includes a releasably connectable light emitting device.
